Welcome to AFRI-RECRUIT ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AFRI-RECRUIT, concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2.1 Recruitment Services

AFRI-RECRUIT provides a digital ecosystem connecting African professionals with global employment opportunities. We facilitate job discovery, application management, and communication between candidates and verified employers.

2.2 Relocation & Immigration Support

Beyond recruitment, we offer comprehensive relocation assistance, including but not limited to: visa application guidance, housing resources, moving logistics, and financial transition support. Our role is facilitative; final visa decisions rest solely with the respective national immigration authorities.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

When you upload your CV/Resume to AFRI-RECRUIT, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your content for recruitment and relocation purposes.

• AI Enhancement: Our AI tools may suggest edits to your CV to improve your chances with international employers. You retain final approval over all submitted documents.
• Document Authenticity: You warrant that all information in your CV is accurate and authentic. AFRI-RECRUIT reserves the right to terminate accounts that submit fraudulent documentation.

4.1 Service Fees

Access to basic job discovery is free for candidates. Premium relocation services, legal consultations, and specialized training may incur fees as specified at the point of purchase.

4.2 Relocation Expense Repayment

If AFRI-RECRUIT or a partner employer advances relocation expenses on your behalf, such advances are governed by individual Relocation Agreements. Typically, these require professional service for a specified "retention period" (e.g., 12-24 months). Premature departure may trigger mandatory pro-rated repayment.

Our platform, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, and the trademarks and logos contained therein, are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Kenya (or your specific primary operating jurisdiction). AFRI-RECRUIT and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nairobi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
